Fremont - Ms. Edna Earle Thompson, 88 of 133 Benton Pond Rd., passed on Friday, December 19, 2014 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. The celebration of her life will be held on Friday, December 26, 2014 at 1:00pm at St. James Church of Christ DOC, 514 Memorial Church Road, Fremont, NC with Reverend Tony Sutton as the eulogist. She will be laid to rest in the Rest Haven Cemetery, Lane Street, Wilson, NC. There will be a viewing held on Wednesday, December 24, 2014 from 3:00pm until 5:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial
Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She was born on July 15, 1926 in Wayne County, NC to Milford Braxton and Cora Jane Darring Dickerson. She is survived by her children. Professional, sympathetic, dignified, compassionate care and service entrusted to J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
