LaGrange - Ms. Eleanor Jones, 86, passed on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at 3:00pm at Rockford Chapel Church, 5782 Rockford Church Road, LaGrange, NC. She will be laid to rest at St. Matthews FWB Church Cemetery, 2758 Jenny Lind Road, LaGrange, NC. There will be a viewing held on Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 7:00pm to 8:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
She was born on October 5, 1929 in Lenoir County to Willie Gray and Eliza Wooten Gray.
