Goldsboro - Retired Sgt. Elenora "Miss Ellie" Frazier, 65 of 1711 Rose Street, passed on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Kindred Hospital, Greensboro, NC surrounded by her family. The celebration of her life will be held on Monday, February 23, 2015 at 1:00pm at Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 1065 Tommys Road, Goldsboro, NC with Reverend Joe A. Jackson officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be visitation held on Sunday, February 22, 2015 from 3:00pm until 7:00pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 6:00pm until 7:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She was born on May 2, 1949 in Wayne County, NC to James Eddie Frazier Sr. and Delcy Harper Frazier.
