Goldsboro - Ms. Ellen M. Edwards, 87, left this earthly world to journey to her heavenly home on Sunday, August 6, 2023 at the Willow Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023 graveside at 12:00pm at Baldwin Family Cemetery, Powell Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a chapel viewing held on Friday, August 11, 2023 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
She was born on February 17, 1936 in Washington, DC to Irvin Chase and Dorothy Wood Chase. She is survived by her children, grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
