Goldsboro - Ms. Emma Jane Holland, 82 of 101 Robin Place, passed on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 1:00pm at White Oak Grove FWB Church, 2261 Big Daddy's Rd., Pikeville, NC. She will be laid to rest in the Coley Cemetery. There will be an inspirational wake on Friday, August 8, 2014 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. She was born on December 5, 1931 in Wayne County, NC to Isaac and Elnora Whitley Coley. She is survived by her children: Janice L. Holland Brown of Goldsboro, NC, Barbara A. Holland of Decatur, GA, Ada M. Holland Lindsey of Indianola, MS, Claretha Holland Cummings (Steve) of Clinton, MD, Eartha J. Holland Reid of Garner, NC and Arthur Holland Jr. (Patrice) of Conyers, GA; one aunt, Viola Jones of Pikeville, NC; one sister, Ruby Frederick of Clayton, NC; one brother, Franklin R. Coley (Josephine) of Charlotte, NC; 16 grandchildren; 35 great, grandchildren; 8 great, great grandchildren; A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
