Evangelist Ernestine Deloris Langston Rouse, 73 of 409 East Spruce Street, Goldsboro, North Carolina, was birthed into the world on September 21, 1938 to Emma Langston Young and the (Late) Theodore Ford, and departed August 9, 2012 at Kindred Hospital, in Greensboro, North Carolina. A Home Going service will be held Sunday, August 19, 2012, at 2:30 p.m. at Greater Guiding Star UHC, Inc, 1114 S. Slocumb Street, Goldsboro with Pastor Occie Ward officiating. She will be laid to rest at Buckhorn Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at the home of her daughter Valerie L. B. Kinsey, at 102 Wakefield Drive, Princeton, NC. Viewing Saturday, August 18, 2012 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations1701 Wayne Memorial Drive Goldsboro, NC. The family will be present to greet friends from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
