Goldsboro - Ms. Esther Lee Murdock Blue, 92, passed on Monday, January 15, 2018 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 1:00pm at St. James AME Zion Church, 206 S. George Street, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park North, 1191 Old Grantham Road, Goldsboro, NC on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 10:00pm. There will be a viewing held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at the church.
She was born on April 22, 1925 in Wayne County, NC to William Murdock and Hattie Atkinson Murdock.
