Gerald we had no idea what was going on at the time we last saw you in May. I would love to thank Mrs. Jarmon for the love and encouragement of her students. Mrs. Jarmon was my teacher and was always willing to share information that would enhance her student's lives. She truly gave back to her community in more ways than one. Mrs. Jarmon was inspirational in my younger sister getting a scholarship to go to school. As I am typing, I can hear her soft voice speaking while reminding me of what I must do. Sleep on Mother Jarmon. Take your rest. Your job here on Earth is now fulfilled. We love you and will miss you.

To the Jarmon family. I always "Ethel Belle" as we fondly called her. She was my oldest sister Ruby Williams Fletchur's best friend during their years at South Ayden School; they were like sisters and it was like I had 2 big sisters. She will be missed as she also taught some of my siblings. You all have my deepest sympathy
