Goldsboro - Ms. Evelyn Robinson Faison, 102, passed on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at Somerset Court, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at 1:00pm at the Upper Room Church of Deliverance, 506 E. Elm Street, Goldsboro, NC with Pastor James Powell officiating. She will be laid to rest at Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a visitation held on Sunday, December 6, 2015 from 12:00 noon until 1:00pm at the church.
She was born on August 29, 1913 in Richmond County, NC to Quincey Robinson and Mamie Quick Robinson.
