Ms. Evelyn was such a kindhearted, fun lady! I have fond memories of her helping me as a judge at 4-H events for youth, as well as visiting the Extension office for many of our programs and events. Her joyful, happy spirit was contagious and I will cherish the memories of our time together.
Ms Evelyn had such a good, kind and loving spirit. I will miss the motherly notes of encouragement she sent me faithfully. The love she shared with me will be ever lasting. Rest in Peace. Lizzie Williams,TX and Family Kinston, NC

I am going to miss Ms. Jefferson' sweet voice. Every time I called her, she would answer the phone in such a loving ❤️ way. We would talk about the way life was treating us. She continued to encourage me to trust GOD, and hold on. I will never forget the FAITH that she displayed.
