Mt. Olive - Mrs. Evelyn B. Usher, 58 of 613 Oliver Street, passed on Saturday, February 21, 2015 surrounded by her family. The celebration of her life will be held on Friday, February 27, 2015 at 1:00pm at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church, 2591 Beautancus Road, Mt. Olive, NC. She will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US 117 Hwy, Dudley, NC. There will be a visitation held on Thursday, February 26, 2015 from 1:00pm until 7:00pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 5:00pm until 6:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
She was born on September 5, 1956 in Wayne County, NC to William Barrett and Annie Louise Blake. She is survived by her husband, James Earl Usher and children.
