Felicia was a kind soul and thoughtful person. I thank her for the love, kindness and care she showed my parents over the years . She was a true caregiver. She was my first friend when I moved and she will always be in my heart. My thoughts and prayers go out to Rick and the kids in this time of sorrow. Rest easy my friend 🧡.
