Dudley - Ms. Frances Delores Wynn McDowell, 80, passed on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 1:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the First Congregational UCC Cemetery, Dudley, NC. There will be a viewing held from 12:30pm to 1:00pm at the funeral home.
She was born on April 29, 1939 in Wayne County, NC to John Franklin and Georgia Boyette Wynn. She is survived by her children.
