Kinston - Mr. Franchoize "Plute" Dawson, 42 formerly of Raleigh, passed on Saturday, April 1, 2017. The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 1:00pm in the Nannie D. Loftin Memorial Chapel at Loftin Memorial-J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home, 106 N. East Street, Kinston, NC. There will be a viewing held on Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 10:30am until 12:30pm at Loftin Memorial-J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home.
He was born on October 27, 1974 in Lenoir County, NC to Evelyn Dawson and Jesse Brown. He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Dawson Redmond of Raleigh, NC; his father, Jesse Brown of Kinston, NC; his siblings: Lenet Redmond of Raleigh, NC, Rashonn "Kino" Redmond of Greensboro, NC, Tori Redmond of Raleigh, NC, Shenna Redmond of Raleigh, NC, Antonio Jones of Kinston, NC, Timothy Brown of Kinston, NC, Taketa Brown of Kinston, NC; his grandmother, Helen Dawson-Jones of Raleigh, NC, a special aunt, Edna Dawson of Fayetteville, NC, a host of nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives and friends.
