Goldsboro - Mr. Franklin Dalton "Tony" Parks, 69 of 226 Wayne Ave, passed on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 2:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Golden Gate Memorial Gardens, Pikeville, NC. There will be a viewing held on Thursday, April 27, 2017 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at the funeral home.
He was born on March 28, 1948 in Wayne County, NC to Bryant Parks Sr. and Estella White Parks.
