La Grange - With deep heartfelt sorrow, we announce the passing of Mr. George Albert Gills age 72, who was called home on Thursday, June 05, 2025 at UNC Health Rex Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina. The celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 10:00am with a viewing from 9:30am to 10:00am at Woods Chapel UAFWB Church, 928 New Hope Road, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US 117 Hwy South, Dudley, NC.
