Mt. Olive - Ms. Gloria Dean Royal, 56 of 114 McDonald Dr., passed on Saturday, June 4, 2016. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 2:00pm at St. Mark Free Will Baptist Church, 222 Nelson Street, Mt. Olive, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Lewis Cemetery, Waller Road, Mt. Olive, NC. There will be a visitation held on Friday, June 10, 2016 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 6:00pm until 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, Inc.
She was born on July 13, 1959 in Wayne County, NC to J.D. Royal and Lou Virginia Manley. She is survived by her children: Adrian Royall of Mt. Olive, NC, Tamesia Vann (Travis) of Dudley, NC, DeShaun Royall (Yoselina) of Raleigh, NC and Akeem Royal of Mt. Olive, NC.
