Raleigh - Ms. Hariette I. Branch Austin, 87, formerly of Warsaw,NC, passed on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at the Capital Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Raleigh, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 4:00pm with a viewing from 3:00pm to 4:00pm at the J. Bernardo Rhodes Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 195 Kenansville Hwy, Warsaw, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Devotional Gardens, 1260 NC Hwy 24 & 50, Warsaw, NC.
She was born in Duplin County, NC on February 2, 1934 to Rev. Matthew S. and Idelle McCreary Branch. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly A. (Erwin) Baker of Raleigh, other loving relatives and friends.
