Goldsboro - Mr. Harvey J. Griffin, 75, completed his earthly on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at UNC Wayne Healthcare, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 11:00am at the Bear Creek Missionary Baptist Association Headquarters, 1800 S. Slocumb Street, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC. There will be a chapel viewing held on Friday, November 22, 2024 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on September 16, 1949 in Wayne County, NC to Dorothy Mae Griffin and Milford Lee Coley Sr. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Jean King Griffin; his children; grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
