Goldsboro - Ms. Hattie Bell Manley, 97, transitioned from labor to reward on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at the Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 3:00pm at the Greater Guiding Star United Holy Church, 1114 S. Slocumb Street, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on Friday, October 13, 2023 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm with the family present to receive friends from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the First Congregational UCC Cemetery,
Old Mt. Olive Hwy, Dudley, NC.
She was born in Wayne County, NC on February 10,1926 to Mr. Robert Manley and Ms. Annie Laura Best Manley. She is survived by her children, grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
