Mrs. Helen Irene Kornegay Williams' Obituary
LaGrange - Mrs. Helen K. Williams, 75 of 203 N. Center, passed on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 11:00am at Mt. Calvary FWB Church with Bishop J.E. Reddick officiating, 602 S. Wooten Street, LaGrange, NC. She will be laid to rest in the Fairview Cemetery, 201 N. Forbes Street, LaGrange, NC. There will be a visitation held on Friday, August 21, 2015 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 6:00pm to 7:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
She was born in Wayne County, NC to John Forest Kornegay and Gertrude Coley Kornegay. She is survived by her loving husband, James C. Williams of the home; two sons: Eric L. (Manita) Williams and James R. (Latisha) Williams; a daughter, Nakia W.(Anthony) McCall and five grandchildren.
