Goldsboro - Ms. Helena R. Aldridge, 95, completed her earthly journey on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at home surrounded by her loved ones. There will be a Celebration of Life, Friday , December 1, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Invitation AME Zion Church 2156 Griffin Road, Snow Hill, NC 28580. She will be to rest at Wayne Memorial Park North 1191Old Grantham Road, Goldsboro, NC 27530. There will be a chapel viewing Thursday November 30, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive Goldsboro, NC 27534
Helena was born April 8, 1928 in Greene County North Carolina to Mr. Charlie Rouse and Ms. Claudie Swinson. She is survived by and leaves to cherish her memories, her son Theodore Aldridge (Helen) of Goldsboro, North Carolina.,three grandchildren - Kevin (Michele) Aldridge of Whitehall, PA, Lakisha Aldridge of Charlotte, NC, and Javon (Chiquitta) Aldridge of Hixson, TN, three great-grandchildren - Darius (Lianny) Aldridge, Terrion Aldridge, Morgan Aldridge and a host of relatives and friends.
