Fayetteville - Mr. Henry Whitley Jr., 84 of 6943 Wickersham Road passed on Friday, October 20, 2017. The celebration of his life will be held on Friday, November 3, 2017 at 11:00am at First African Baptist Church, 803 Harris Street, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC with full military honors. There will be a viewing held on Friday, November 3, 2017 from 10:00am to 11:00am at the church.
He was born on March 19, 1933 in Wayne County, NC to Henry and Willie Anne Cobb Whitley Sr. He is survived by his wife, Madeline Keys Whitley.
