Waldorf, MD- Mr. Herbert Smalls, 82, completed his earthly journey and transitioned from labor to reward, Friday, February 7, 2025 at the VA Hospital in DC. There will be a viewing , Thursday, February 27, 2025 from 12:00 -1:30 PM at J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel. He will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park North 1191 Old Grantham Road, Goldsboro, NC.
