The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 1:00pm with a viewing from 12:00pm to 12:45pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on June 18, 1946 in Lenoir County, NC to William Earl Foster and Malissa Blount Foster. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Warren Foster; siblings and other loving relatives and friends.
