Goldsboro - Mr. Jackie "Jack" Gentry, 75, passed on Thursday, December 26, 2019. The celebration of his life will be held on Monday, December 30, 2019 at 11:00am in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, 3888 US Hwy 70 West, Princeton, NC. There will be a viewing held on Sunday, December 29, 2019 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremation of Goldsboro.
He was born on March 2, 1944 in Hamlet, NC to Irene Harmon and Johnnie Walker Roberson. He was reared by Amos and Bessie Gentry. He is survived by his children.
