AJ was family. I was 10 years older than him so he was like a little brother but my 1st cousin. He spent a couple of summers in NY with me in his preteen years. He said I turned him out jokingly but he meant it at the same time. Redman blasting and it was an all day event in the basement playing the game. AJ was such a good dude. I would often tell him to watch his “friends” and he would say. I’m good cuz they my people we ain’t on it like that. He would tell me at times that he feared going out like his cousin Deebo , but to me I thought that was never going to happen to AJ. Everyone knew AJ was solid. Goes to show what you think may or maybe right but you won’t know until you know. Miss you family.
