Goldsboro- Mr. James Arthur Bunn Sr. 87, peacefully transitioned into eternal rest at the Veterans Home in Kinston, North Carolina. The Celebration of Life will be Saturday at 1:00 PM at J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel. There will be a viewing from 12:00-12:50 PM.
James Arthur Bunn Sr. of Goldsboro, Bunn, Sr. 87, departed from this life on January 26, 2025, at Kinston State Veterans Home in Kinston, NC. Born in Goldsboro, NC., he was the son of the late Ben and Pearl Pierce Bunn. James was a U.S. Airforce veteran of the Korean War and carpenter by trade. He is survived by his three children Ronnie Bunn of Goldsboro, Danny Bunn of McDonough, GA and Nora Jean Bunn of Goldsboro and was preceded in death by two children, James "Bubba" Bunn Jr. and Stephanie Bunn.
