The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 12:00pm with a viewing from 11:00am to 11:45am at The Throne Room At Elm Grove Church Ministries, 118 Booker Street, Pikeville, NC. He will be laid to rest on Monday, October 23, 2023 at 12:00pm at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on May 27, 1958 in Wayne County, NC to Earl Kornegay and Mary Evans Kornegay.
