Goldsboro - Mr. James Arthur Starke, 81 of 311 S. Alabama Ave. passed on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Brian Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc., 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a wake from 2:00pm until 4:00pm in the chapel. The interment will take place in Virginia at a later date.
He was born on August 8, 1935 in Wayne County, NC Thomas Lee Starke and Onner Lee Morrison Starke. He is survived by two sons.
