Goldsboro - Mr. James "Jamie" Wellington, 62, fought the good fight, finished his earthly race on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC surrounded by his family. The celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 12:00pm with a11:00am to 11:50am at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Golden Gate Memorial Gardens, 4734 Highway 117 North, Pikeville, NC.
He was born on December 15, 1961 in Wayne County, NC to Susan Carol Wellington Bryant.
