Goldsboro - Mr. Jasper Horne, 91, passed on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 1:00pm at New Greenleaf Church Of Christ, 301 W. Hooks River Road, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC. There will be a viewing held on Friday, January 31, 2020 from 12:00pm to 12:50pm at the church.
He was born on October 11, 1928 in Eureka, NC to Marcellus and Pauline Artis Horne. He is survived by his children: Dr. Dorothy H. (Pedro) Heath of Goldsboro, NC, Jessie Lee (Judith) Horne of Virginia, Anthony (Yvonne) Horne of Winston Salem, NC and Patricia (Larry) Byrd of Hampton, Virginia.
