La Grange - Mr. Jay Irvin Pridgen, 72, passed on Friday, December 27, 2019 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 1:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing from 12:00pm to 12:50pm at the funeral home.
He was born on May 1, 1947 in Greene County, NC to J.B. and Pernell Lee Cannon Pridgen. He is survived by his siblings.
