Goldsboro - Deacon Jessie "Junebug" Harvey, 67, completed his earthly walk of life on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 12:00pm at One Church, 118 S. Berkeley Blvd, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a chapel viewing held on Friday, December 15, 2023 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm with the family present to receive friends from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Maplewood (Oakview) Cemetery, West James Street, Mt. Olive, NC.
He was born on July 1, 1956 in Wayne County, NC to Jessie Harvey and Sallie Bell Artis. He is survived by his children, siblings, grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
