The celebration of he life will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 12:00 noon in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She will be entombed at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC. There will be a viewing held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 from 11:00am until 12:00 noon in the chapel.
She was born on August 12, 1927 in Wayne County, NC to Jesse Ruffin and Effie Speight Ruffin.
