Goldsboro - Ms. Jewel H. Frazier, 66 of 104 Sheridan Road, passed on Friday, March 11, 2016 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 11:00 am in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
She was born on April 15, 1949 in Pittsburgh, PA to Nathan Reynolds and Ruth Harris. She is survived by a daughter.
