I offer my sincere condolences to the River's family. I remember Chuck in the fourth grade, when he brought his num chucks to school and demonstrated how he acquired his nickname " Chuck ". He was very gifted in his ability to use an awesome martial arts tool. He was a very friendly person that was willing to help anyone he could. His humble spirit will surely be missed. May his family, and friends trust that God makes no mistakes. Hold on to God and he will bring comfort to your hearts in your time of grief. May God bless each and every one of you.
