Goldsboro - Mr. Joe W. Peterson, 70, has completed his earthly assignment on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Willow Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 10:00am at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial, Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at 12:00 noon at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on August 9, 1951 in Duplin County, NC to Tim Peterson and Minnie Bell Cox Peterson. He is survived by his daughter, Jo Ann Oneal; grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
