Goldsboro - Mr. John Faison Jones, 79 went to his eternal rest on Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Longleaf Neurological Medical Facility in Wilson, NC. The celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 4:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. John Faison was born on March 15, 1935 the son of the late McKever and Muzzetta T. Jones of Goldsboro, NC. John Faison leaves to cherish his loving memories two brothers, William Jones (Laura) of Apex, NC. and Walter Lee Jones (Karen) of Goldsboro, NC. One brother proceeded him in death—Leslie Jones. Two sisters, Mary Jones Green (Temple Hills, Md.) and Mittie Jones (Arthur) Pettaway (Forrestvillle, Md). Several nieces, nephews, a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
