Goldsboro - Mr. Johnnie P. Forte Sr., 87, passed on Monday, March 21, 2022 at the Willow Creek Nursing & Rehab Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Friday, March 25, 2022 at 12:00pm with a viewing from 11:00am to 11:50am at First Baptist Church Eureka, 108 S Baker Street, Eureka, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Eureka Cemetery, NC Hwy 222, Eureka, NC.
He was born on April 26, 1934 in Wayne County, NC to Garfield Forte and Elizabeth Spence Forte. He is survived by his children: Dewon Forte, Shelia Forte and Johnnie Forte Jr.; grandchildren; siblings and other loving relatives and friends.
