Fremont - Mr. Johnnie M. Lofton Sr.,75, passed on Friday, September 24, 2021 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 12:00 noon at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on April 23, 1946 in Wayne County, NC to John Clayton Lofton and Catherine Peele Lofton. He is survived by his wife, Jessie Sasser Lofton; son, Timothy D. Lofton and other loving relatives and friends.
