Goldsboro - Deacon Johnny L. Doctor Sr., 89, has completed his final mission and reported to his final duty station on Monday, April 24, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. The celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 12:00pm at First African Baptist Church, 803 Harris Street, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 5:00pm to 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC at 2:00pm.
Johnny Lewis Doctor Sr., was born in Seale, Alabama to Robert Foster Doctor Sr. and Blanchie Lee Williams.
