Pikeville - Mr. Joseph A. Exum, 56, passed on Monday, August 3, 2020 at home. The celebration of his life will be held on Friday, August 7, 2020 at 1:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on Thursday, August 6, 2020 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 5:00pm to 6:00pm at the funeral home.
He was born on April 26, 1964 in Wayne County, NC to Bertie Jackson Williams and Ralph Flanagan. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Takisha (Roger) Tyndall; his lifelong companion, Earline Kates; and his siblings.
