Uncle Joseph was a man of few words and mind his business. He didn't bother anybody, but you best not bother him either. I remember all through my high school years my uncle could be found in Fremont and as he got older he would sit in his truck on the corner and watch traffic. I remember his quite laugh and I always felt safe whenever he was around because I knew he loved me and would protect me as an uncle. As I got older I didn't take the time to visit my uncle much, but the love in my heart never faded. I now understand the value of visiting your older relatives and I thank God for loving memories. "Rest in Peace Uncle Joseph" I will miss you and forever love you. Thank you Lord for blessing me with a good uncle. Amen!

I remember when they built Joe's new house to live in he found an old pale of pennies, they were UGLY some were even broke in half... Joe would bring the pennies to Joyner's and give them to me for change for his bill. Most of them I had to throw away but we always got a good laugh out of it.
