Goldsboro - Dr. Joyce Ann Barnes Best, 72, passed on Monday, January 10, 2022 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a public viewing held on Monday, January 17, 2022 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm at the funeral home. The celebration of her life will be private for the immediate family only.
She was born on May 5, 1949 in Wayne County, NC to Percy Barnes Sr. and Mayme Lee McMillian Barnes. She is survived by her children, siblings and other loving relatives and friends.
