A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 30, 2012 at 12:00 noon, from the New Spirit Church Ministries, 1501 N. William Street, Goldsboro, NC with Pastor Richard Artis officiating. Burial will be in the Old Mill Cemetery. Judy was born on August 30, 1955 to Eldress Mary E. Witherspoon and the late Mr. James O. Smith in Pink Hill, N.C. There will be a visitation held on Sunday, July 29, 2012 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm, with the family present 6:00pm to 7:00pm at the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B.
