Dudley - Ms. Julia Mae Williams Lee, 95 of 124 Southern Plaza, passed on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at home. The celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the Western Assembly Disciples of Christ Churches Inc., 9766 US-701, Newton Grove, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Wesley Atkinson Family Cemetery, Scout Road, Four Oaks, NC. There will be a visitation held on Saturday, February 13, 2016 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, Inc.
She was born on June 22, 1920 in Johnston County, NC to Offie Williams and Mary Ida Williams. She is survived by two sons: Roy Lee Jr. (Annie) and Thurman Ray Lee (Betty); five daughters: Mary Violia Kettere (Huey) of Raleigh, NC, Shirley Wilkins of NJ, Julian Berry of Goldsboro, NC, Karen Wilder (James) of Dudley, NC and Felicia Amerson (Mitchell) of Goldsboro, NC.
