Goldsboro - Minister Karen D. Jones, 74 of 703 National Drive, passed on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Friday, September 6, 2019 at 11:00am at Woods Chapel UAFWB Church, 928 New Hope Road, Goldsboro, NC with Elder Leo Deans officiating. There will be a visitation held on Thursday, September 5, 2019 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Clark United Methodist Church Cemetery, 2980 Oswego Hwy, Sumter, SC 29153 at a later date.
She is survived by her three children: Walter Lamont Jones, Ingrid Romona Jones and Ruth Mittie Clark.
