Goldsboro - Ms. Kathleen "Ms. Tot" Smith, 90 of 303 Cedar Road, passed on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 1:00pm at St. Mark Church of Christ,700 W. Ash Street, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC. There will be a viewing held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at the church.
She was born on January 29, 1928 in Portsmouth, VA to William Henry and Melinda Perkins Thrower. She is survived by three children: Freda (Myles) Holloway of Goldsboro, NC, Gail Daniel of Garner, NC and William H. "Bill" Smith of Raleigh, NC.
