Goldsboro - Mr. Larry D. Armwood, 71, completed this earthly journey on Friday, August 26, 2022 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 1:00pm with a viewing from 12:00pm to 12:45pm at Deeper Life Church Ministries, 900 Eleventh Street, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Golden Gate Memorial Gardens, 4734 Highway 117 North, Pikeville, NC.
He was born on August 8, 1951 in Wayne County, NC to Samuel Harrison Armwood and Hattie Mae McKinnie Armwood. He is survived by his loving wife, Josephine Thompson Armwood; his son, Lawrence Armwood; his daughter, Crystal Armwood; siblings and other loving relatives and friends.
